A new Park called Dorian has been developed just for Megapolis. We should build a Coffee Shop right next to it!

		Build a Coffee Shop Costs: 40,000  or 2 , 11  and 5  Gives: 160  and 2,500  cap increase upon completion and then 120  and 8  every 5 hours Coin per Minute: 0.40  XP per Minute: 0.03
		Lay out Dorian Park Costs: 116,000  or 3  Gives: 760  and 11,200  cap increase
		Collect $500 in taxes

Rewards

You've built a terrific ensemble — a coffee shop and a wonderful park. The residents of the city have really taken a shine to this new spot, which is the perfect place to go for a walk and sip a cup of coffee.
