The Tropical Hotel is a production building located on the northwest coast of Tourist Island. It was added during an update on 09.06.2013 as part of the timed quest called Indian Summer. For a period between Update/02.06.2014 and Update/03.18.2014 it was not possible to start construction on this building. However those that began construction prior to 02.06.14 were able to continue work on the building. The building was re-introduced on Update/03.18.2014 with slightly different building requirements, 3 additional levels, and additional cap increases at those higher levels. A total of 370 assets are needed to complete construction of the Tropical Hotel. This equates to if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.

• Level 15
• If foundation is purchased after the 03.18.2014 update
  1. A minimum of 3,200  in the Tourist Island game zone
  2. Completion of the Coastal Hotels (Level 5)
• If foundation purchased before 03.18.2014 no additional requirements will be needed to complete Tropical Hotel (Level 2). To continue to levels 3 and beyond the above /Coastal Hotels requirement will need to be met.

Contracts

Tropical Hotel contracts use Premium-Class Tourists instead of coins, which are obtained by completing contracts at the Airport (Tourist Island).
