The Traffic Control Center is an infrastructure building that can be placed by the user anywhere in the Megapolis region. It was added during an update on 03.22.2013 as part of the timed quest called Hurricane "Vitalina".

A total of 40 assets are needed to complete construction of the Traffic Control Center. This is equivalent to 40  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
