The Submarine Base is a military base located in Megapolis Mainland, on the western part of the Archipelago Island. It was originally introduced on Mon March 14, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Military Base.[1]
A total of 160 assets and additional 800,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Submarine Base. This is equivalent to 174 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
