The Spring is a production building located to the east of the starting zone in the desert. It was added during an update on 05.03.2013 as part of the timed quest called Elite Spa Resort.

A total of 65 assets are needed to complete construction of the Spring. This is equivalent to 65  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.

The Spring was removed. New players can't build it even when they reached Level 15.
