The Skull Cliff is an infrastructure building located on a small island southwest of the Underwater Tunnel expansion territory in the Megapolis region. It was added during an update on 09.05.2014 as part of the timed quest called Pirates in Megapolis!.

A total of 90 assets are needed to complete construction of the Skull Cliff. This is equivalent to 90  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
