The Research Vessel Assembly Plant is a spaceport factory located west of Seaside. It was originally introduced on Thu February 9, 2017.[1]
A total of 190 assets and additional 410,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Research Vessel Assembly Plant. This is equivalent to 195
