The Recreational Activity Center is an infrastructure structure located on the bottom middle platform at the Arctic Oasis. It was originally introduced on Thu February 24, 2022 as part of the timed quest called Hot Heart.[1]
A total of 155 assets are needed to complete construction of the Recreational Activity Center. This is equivalent to 168 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
