The Radiation Transcoder is an infrastructure building located north of the Overpass Expansion Zone. It was added during an update on 10.25.2013 as part of the timed quest called Unknown Threat. A total of 40 assets are needed to complete construction of the Radiation Transcoder. This equates to 40  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
