The Radiation Neutralizer is an infrastructure building located north of the Overpass Expansion Zone. It was added during an update on 10.25.2013 as part of the timed quest called Unknown Threat. A total of 45 assets are needed to complete construction of the Radiation Neutralizer. This equates to 45  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
