The Petroleum Refinery is a production structure located east of the Desert, next to the Polymer Manufacturing Facility. It was originally introduced on Mon April 25, 2016 as part of the timed quest called Refining Oil.

A total of 180 assets and additional 5,100,000  worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Petroleum Refinery. This is equivalent to 190  if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
