The Novum TV Tower is a transport hub located north of Logistics expansion zone. It was originally introduced on Fri September 25, 2015 as part of the timed quest called Ring Road.[1]
A total of 600 assets and additional 4,000,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Novum TV Tower. This is equivalent to 600 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
