The Interstellar Liner Launchpad is spaceport equipment located north of Highland. It was originally introduced on Thu January 26, 2017.[1]
A total of 100 assets and additional 60,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Interstellar Liner Launchpad. This is equivalent to 105 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
