The Interstellar Liner Assembly Plant is a spaceport factory located north of Highland. It was originally introduced on Thu January 26, 2017.[1]
A total of 320 assets and additional 410,000 
worth diagrams are needed to complete construction of the Interstellar Liner Assembly Plant. This is equivalent to 320
