The Warehouse (not to be confused with the City Warehouse) was a building in Megapolis that could be used to store other buildings, once it was built. Initially, the warehouse could store 6 buildings. Additional spaces can be bought for 1 each.
A total of 20 assets are needed to complete construction of the Warehouse. This is equivalent to 20 if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
The foundation may not be available for purchase from 01.23.2015, assumed its for maintenance and temporary.[1]
Another known issue is buildings with a maximum build limit (if warehoused) cannot be replaced on the city.[2]
Two friends will need to be hired to work at the warehouse. They are the Stockkeeper and the Security Guard. NPCs can be purchased for a cost of 1 each.

Buildings that require assets to construct cannot be placed inside the warehouse.
Buildings under construction cannot be placed inside the warehouse.
The warehouse cannot be placed inside itself.
Production buildings placed inside a warehouse do not continue contracts in progress.
Production buildings placed inside a warehouse cannot be deployed if the number of production buildings already on the map equals or exceeds the total allowed for the current population level.
