The City of Elders is an infrastructure structure located in the northwestern part of the mainland. It was originally introduced on Thu October 15, 2020 as part of the timed quest called Highland Abode.[1]
A total of 100 assets are needed to complete construction of the City of Elders. This is equivalent to 100 
if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
