The Central Panorama is a production building located on the desert beside the Gas Power Plant in the Megapolis region. It was added during an update on 08.26.2014 as part of the timed quest called Black Rock Festival.

A total of 125 assets are needed to complete construction of the Central Panorama. This is equivalent to 125 if one were to buy every asset instead of waiting to receive them from neighbors.
