Limiters

Limiters are items that limits player progress by certain ways. There are many types of limiters and these limiters affect player progress in variable ways.

The most common limiter is XP . Then there are currency limiters such as Coin and Megabuck . Then comes the Resources like Power and Water . Then there is Population and Population Limit . Then there are various kinds of assets. There are also other limiters whose uses are limited to certain buildings/region only such State Experience , Tourists and Premium-Class Tourists , Passengers and Passenger Limits , etc. There are event specific limiters as well, such as City Manager points / World Capitals points , Lost Island points .
