THis game has gone straight down hill the past year with it's money grabbing updates. Now you can't even collect for free stuff by watching ads. Customer service is no help at all and we all have to reload all day long. Good job!

I used to login to my discord for years. Recently I tried to login to but it was gone. Also manually joining a Server will not work.

Any ideas. I am really desperate.

Hello, today shortly after 12 noon I couldn't get into the game for 2 hours. That was ok for me. Now I have just updated the game via the Microsoft Store and now I have a waiting time of over 14 hours :( Does anyone know more details?

I decided to install and play the game again after 5 years of absence, started all over again. At the stage of learning to use the airport, I had a problem.

I managed to put the resources in the second container instead of the first one.

It worked... After that, I was required to put the resources in the second container, and since I already did that, I just got buggy. I clicked on the second container and that's it... After that I couldn't click anywhere in the game. I tried to restart, but after many attempts, the airport remained buggy. I still can't use it. Support was not available. You have to do without an airport, but it seems to me that it’s not worth just scoring this problem.

If anyone else has had this issue or knows a solution, please help...

I’m missing a lot of projects that I remember from the game a few years ago, since then I’ve got a new game save and they aren’t there, I’m talking about projects like time square, the mega mart and the hadron collider etc. is there a reason for them not being there and is there a fix for this, or how do I unlock them appearing?

I want to add png files of buildings from the game to this wiki. I know there's a section on here that explains how to work with the game files to turn them into images, but no information on how to actually extract game files and data through iOS. I tried using iFunBox, but it doesn't work unless I jailbreak my phone. Does anyone have a solution or method?

(Cerenity level 249) I quit the game years ago (it was taking over my life! …and too much space on my iPad!). Fast forward to now - new iPad and more time on my hands - decided to reload the game. Big nostalgia hit! It’s gonna take some time to reacquaint myself with my world and figure out what’s changed (quite a bit at first glance!) QUESTION - is there any way of finding where I placed a specific building? I’m trying to remember where I built stuff and there’s a LOT to look through! Also, I think I might have accidentally started a contract while I was exploring, but can’t remember where!!! Any idea how I can find out?

I got a message that I need to connect through Facebook. But if I did I lost my city and had to start all-over again. When I tried to login the old way, the option was gone an I got stuck in a new city. Tried to contact support through the game but nobody answers. I feel a bit ripped off, I said 9 years but it can easily be over 11 years back in time with my city.

This is the last attempt to try to get it back, does anybody have a tip to get my city back?
